BrndColab is a service developed and managed by BXD DATA SOFTWARE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED a.k.a. BUSINESS x DATA. By accessing and using BrndColab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

BrndColab is a platform that connects content creators with sponsors for upcoming content opportunities. We provide a marketplace where creators can share information about their upcoming videos, and sponsors can unlock their contact details if interested.

3. User Accounts

To use BrndColab, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Zings and Payments

Zings are our in-app wallet points used to unlock contact information. Zings can be purchased using real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Content Guidelines

Users must provide accurate and truthful information about their upcoming content or campaigns. Any misleading or fraudulent information may result in account termination.

6. Privacy

7. Modifications to Service

BrndColab is not responsible for any disputes between creators and sponsors. We act solely as a platform to facilitate connections.
